When you submit a form, request a Business Diagnostic, apply for an advisory engagement, schedule a call, or email us, we collect what you give us: name, email address, phone number, company name, role, business type, revenue range, and anything you write in open text fields.
Information collected during an engagement
If you become a client, you may provide business records such as financial statements, pipeline and CRM data, marketing data, and team information. This information is used only to perform the engagement, as described in Client Confidentiality below.
Scheduling and payment information
Calls are scheduled through a third-party scheduling service, and payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Automatic information
Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your requests, evaluate fit for our services, schedule and conduct calls, perform engagements, send service communications, send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.
If you provide a phone number on a form, we may contact you by phone or text about your specific request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers who help us operate, such as our customer relationship management and marketing platform, scheduling service, email delivery service, payment processors, and website hosting, each of which is permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

Client Confidentiality
Business and financial information provided for a diagnostic or advisory engagement is treated as confidential, used only to perform that engagement, and is not shared with other clients or third parties except the service providers necessary to deliver the work. Any use of client results in marketing happens only with the client's prior consent.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above: for prospective clients, as long as our communications remain active plus a reasonable period; for clients, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as those laws require. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Children
This website and our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
